BCCC Presents Arc’s Michael McGinnis with Outstanding Service Award

On Thursday evening, October 15th,  the Butte County Coordinating Council (BCCC) held their 20th Annual Recognition Celebration at The Arc Pavilion. Michael McGinnis, Executive Director of The Arc was presented with the Frank D. Lanterman Outstanding Service award. Michael has led the The Arc for 21 years, and has been instrumental in its successful growth. Renee Nielsen and Frieda Powers, both Independent Living Skills Instructors each received “People Who Make a Difference” awards. Courtney Casey, President of The Arc Board of Directors also received a People Who Make a Difference Award. Congratulations to them all.
