Arc’s 14th Annual Wine, Beer & Food Pairing Benefit, May 4th

Come join the festivities on Sunday, May 4th at the Arc Pavilion, 2040 Park Ave. in Chico from 3:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m.  This annual fundraising event features top chefs from local restaurants showcasing their “specialties” and pairing their fare with a fine wine from regional vineyards or domestic and craft beers from local breweries and microbreweries.  Savor the flavor of Northern California with a few libations from other famous California wine growing regions and even a few imports from International vineyards.

Celebrating their 14th year hosting this special event, the Arc also offers attendees the opportunity to bid on wine and beer related items in a silent auction and to enter drawings for raffle prizes.  Music will fill the air when three local musicians come together as “No Direction” to entertain the attendees with their own individual and unique talents.  A newer tradition of the 14th annual event is an art exhibit by Arc clients.  The paintings, photographs, sculptures and mixed media art pieces are prominently displayed and for sale.

Since 1964, the Arc of Butte County has provided high quality services for children and adults with developmental disabilities.  The Arc has helped improve the lives of individuals with special needs and their families through provision of high quality programs in Butte, Glenn and Tehama Counties.  Proceeds from this event will help fund the Arc’s Family Support Programs.

Wine, Beer, Local Cuisine, Music Stylings all pair up for an afternoon uniquely Chico and a tradition we invite residents to make part of their “Annual must-do” list.  Arc Board Members, Staff, Management, Volunteers from the National Charity League join together to make this event an afternoon to remember.  Tickets are available for the affordable price of only $25 per person in advance or $30 at the door and are sold at the Arc Stores in Chico (2020 Park Avenue), Paradise (6640 Clark Rd.) Oroville (2745 Oro Dam Blvd.) and at the Arc Administration Building, 2030 Park Avenue, Chico.
