Rowell Family Empowerment of Northern California
RFENC is a parent-founded, parent-operated, non-profit organization, founded in 1995. All of our services are free to families of children with special needs, and are supported through grants, contracts, donations, and fundraising activities. A designated California Family Resource Center, serving families of infants and toddlers who have a diagnosed disability or who are at risk of developing a disability due to certain risk factors.
Far Northern Regional Center
Far Northern Regional Center is a fixed point of referral for individuals with developmental disabilities and their families. FNRC also provides services to infants and toddlers who are showing a delay in their development or who are at substantially high risk for a developmental disability. FNRC coordinates community resources such as education, recreation, health, rehabilitation and welfare for individuals with developmental disabilities.
