A cozy café tucked in the Oroville Arc Store serving delicious espresso drinks and tasty treats, plus free WiFi!  The Arc Café serves as a training center for Arc Day Program clients to learn food service, customer service and cashiering skills. Arc Café has limited and varied hours due to client training, however, if you want a break from shopping to enjoy a cup of coffee or a chilled beverage, check in with the cashier for availability.
